  • We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

 
3. Orders

  • Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We will confirm your order by email once it has been processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there are issues with stock, pricing errors, or other reasonable circumstances.

 
4. Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, except for confirmed orders.

 
5. Payment

  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Standard Orders: Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

  • Custom or Special Orders (Sales): We may require a non-refundable booking deposit to begin production. These specific deposit terms will be documented on your invoice or quote.

  • You confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and valid.

 
6. Shipping

  • We offer shipping within Australia. Estimated delivery times are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Custom or personalised items and sales or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

7A. Tree and Decoration Rental Terms

  • These terms apply specifically to the temporary hire of trees (with or without decorations). 

  • Rental Fee: The full rental fee for the tree and decorations must be paid upfront. 

  • Security Deposit: All rental orders require a Refundable Security Deposit to cover potential damage, loss, or late return. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process. 

  • Deposit Refund: The Security Deposit will be refunded upon the safe, timely return and satisfactory inspection of all rental items. Deductions will be made for damage, cleaning, or replacement costs as necessary. 

  • Return Policy for Rentals: Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.

8. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Flora Home & Decor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or purchase of products.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
