What areas do you service?
We are a mobile service based in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the surrounding areas.
How do I book a consultation or service?
You can book via our website, social media, or by contacting us directly. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits for hire services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Do you provide virtual consultations?
Yes, we offer virtual consultations for event planning or decor advice if you’re outside our service area.
What happens if something gets damaged during hire?
Any issues or damages must be reported within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
